Melbourne and Adelaide Trip

Updated: May 9, 2020

This post meant to be upload on end of September 2019 but recently I am extremely busy with all my work life as well as start hitting to the gym to finish off the day. Finally get a chance to spend some time to update my post.

I had been taking a week off with a short vacation to spend quality time with family as well as attending my graduation in Adelaide, South Australia. Its been a while meeting my family since my last visit in Malaysia like 9 months ago. Also this is my first family trip as well as their first visit in Melbourne and Adelaide. I being a tour guide by planning a tour and utilise every single minute by visiting all the historical building and local attraction as well as food and wine. On the other hand, I had organised a day tour to Brighton, wildlife park and all the way down to Mt Martha.

Having first meal with family at Hungry Jack's which also known as Burger King in Malaysia. A chilly night with hot coffee and fast food for dinner to end the day.

First day started with our day tour with:

Stop by Brighton beach for 45 minutes and continue our tour with wildlife park

In Moonlit Wildlife Park. The first time watching Koala and close contact with baby kangaroo as well as food feeding.

Ending with wine tasting and winery tour before heading back to our Accommodation

Day two with a short tour by visit Queen Victoria Market for some lunch and souvenir, follow by The District Docklands and Melbourne Star Observation Wheel.

Third day is gonna be a crazy and long day trip with full of food and entertainment. Starting out day with South Melbourne Market for seafood, oyster and brunch ,follow by Crown Casino and then most of our favourite South Wharf Branded Outlet which selling most of my favourite brand with promotion price. I highly recommended for people that more likely to shop for branded item.

Day four, woke up in the morning and having brunch in Hardware Society,

after brunch we heading to Shrine of Remembrance, a historical building of Melbourne as well as Botanical Garden. Follow by stopping by Lux Bite, the famous croissant place that being innovative by creating many different flavour such as Bubble tea croissant, salted egg and more.

After dessert and croissant, we heading back to for city walk and having Korean dinner. Of course, ending our day with Brunetti dessert before heading back to our accommodation and ready for take off to next destination - Adelaide !

Day 1 in Adelaide with checking in our accommodation in Pullman Adelaide in Hindmarsh Square which is walking distance to Rundle mall and close to everything. Adelaide considered as regional area and low population compare to Sydney and Melbourne are more city and high population. We landed Adelaide in the mid day and checking in our hotel and moving toward Rundle mall for a walk and last minute shopping before my family member heading back to Malaysia and getting prepared for formal event - my Graduation.

Received a welcome letter and amenities from the Pullman Adelaide for my first visit. Also, utilise my time by having a quick catch up with my friend through out the day after accompany my family member for their shopping. (Originally study my double degree in Adelaide and move to Melbourne for Industrial Placement and job)

Went for a walk at Rundle Mall as well as a spending reasonable time in Adelaide Casino.Photo below are the popular sculptures that located in the middle of Rundle Mall - Bronze Hog.

Last but not least, spending our last day at my graduation in Hilton Adelaide and ended up the trip with a wonderful & memorable our first family trip.I really surprised on my first experience being an event planner and tour leader of this entire trip and we visit a lot more than our original plan.
