As I mentioned, one of my hobby is to research on how to cook or baked. Recently bake a Earl Grey Mille Crepe cake with chocolate cream in the middle of each layer. I eat the cake with mix berry on the top and chocolate syrup. It is a perfect combination of sour taste from the berry with the bitter from the chocolate syrup on the top.
